From the beginning of "all the things" we've put the health of our Twang Gang family, your families and our community first. And we are continuing to do so.

We're taking time to implement some new safety measures, including:

• reduced boutique capacity

• hand sanitizer throughout

• sanitizing clothes and fitting rooms after each use

• contactless payment and sanitizing terminals after each use

• regular sanitizing of high touch areas in the boutique

• masks for our Twang Gang team members

We understand that some of you may not feel comfortable shopping during regular hours - that's okay, we're here for you. 

Introducing PRIVATE SHOPPING by appointment. Private appointments are available for 1 - 3 people. Please email us at twanggang@twangandpearl.com to request an appointment (you can even request your favourite Twang Gang clerk who knows you just so). 

While the processes for shopping may have changed, the people have not, and we want to sincerely thank you for all your support. As always, we will do our best to make all your shopping with us, online or in the shop, as happy and uncommonly beautiful as can be.
