Where do you Ship?
We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. To our international friends outside of the U.S., please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any purchase / shipping enquiries. We will do our best to fulfill your order.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping with any orders over $150 to Canada & the United States.
For Canadian orders under $150, we offer a flat rate shipping of $10. For U.S. orders under $150 we offer a flat rate shipping of $15*.
Express shipping in Canada - 1-3 Business Days is $15. For Express Shipping to the US please contact us for a quote.
*U.S. Customers – A big Canadian sorry, but please be advised that you will be responsible for any customs clearance and/or duties & taxes.
Shipping rates are in Canadian dollars.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your order will ship within one to two business days for orders placed up to 4pm PST Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4pm PST Monday to Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will ship between two to three business days after placing your order.
If you are in Canada: Your order should arrive 2-3 business days from shipment date to most BC and Alberta addresses. For other addresses in Canada, your order should arrive 5-7 business days after shipping. Express shipping should arrive 1-3 days for most addresses in Canada.
If you are in the U.S.: Your order should arrive 6-10 business days from shipment date to most states.
Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking information of your parcel within 24 hours. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated. For international customers, please also note that we rely on Canada Post and their affiliate services within other countries and cannot always guarantee that shipments will be delivered on time.
Who do you ship with?
We currently ship via Canada Post, unless otherwise specified for special circumstances / requests. (If you have special circumstances or need an expedited shipment, please email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate your needs). If you refuse any shipment from Twang & Pearl, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duty, taxes and customs clearance charges. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
Sales Taxes & Duties
For Canadian customers, sale taxes will be applied automatically during the checkout process. Taxes are based on the province or territory where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of Canada are not charged taxes but do bear the sole responsibility for any duty, taxes or clearance your local customs office may charge.
All exchanges will be shipped out within one business day of receiving your returned item. Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. We will send you shipment tracking information from Canada post when we ship your exchanged item.
We do our best to ensure that your order arrives as beautifully as we packaged it. However, in the unlikely event that your package arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 250-537-0028 so that we can assist you.
Redirecting an Order
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when you place your order. Sorry but we cannot redirect orders once they have been successfully dispatched.
