Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be in love with your purchase from Twang & Pearl from the moment you discover it right through to the moment you open your package. If for any reason, this is not the case, please reach out to us at twanggang@twangandpearl.com.

Regular-priced purchases made Nov 1 – Dec 24, 2025 may be returned for a full refund until Jan 7, 2026.
All other conditions of our regular return policy apply.
Our Standard Policy

Regular-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase or ship date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.

A valid receipt is required.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Sale items and discounted purchases (including discount codes, promos, and birthday discounts) are final sale.

Gifts with a gift receipt can be exchanged or returned for a gift card.

Undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, and jewellery are final sale.
***For U.S. customers, any return postage, customs duties, tariffs, or additional import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If a product doesn’t perform as expected, let us know. We’ll make it right!
Did you just purchase an item at full price and then received a notification we are having a promo or sale on that item? We’ll honour sale or promo discounts up to 48 hours before a sale starts (excluding Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, and May Long Weekend).
Return + Exchange Process

Reminder that any Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once we have received your return or exchange, we will notify you with your refund or exchange details. Refunds should appear to your account within 7-10 business days.
